Our kitchen prepares daily fresh and high quality regional food and was awarded the "Golden Fish" in 2011. Our fish-trout, brook char, pike, perch, sheatfish or pikeperch - are freshly caught from local ponds. We always select the best ingredients from our guests according to the seasons. You can try our seasonal menu, candle light dinner, our wild herb soup, a juicy rump steak, the saddle of venison with fresh porcini mushrooms, or just one of our delicious desserts. We promote "Slow Food", which aims to offer best regional products and homemade specialities. For the end, you can choose a bottle of good wine from our attentively composed great wine list. Our wine collections are produced organically by high standard German or French winery. Our selected wines, fine obstler and other specialities can be also taken home.
